Duško is proud to be the Founder and President of INTERNATIONAL BODYBUILDING & FITNESS FEDERATION (IBFF). Trough the support of Slovenian Bodybuilding & Fitness Association and encouragement of other like minded individuals also great athletes from France, Italy, Serbia and Croatia. He began an organization committed to support bodybuilding and fitness worldwide.
Duško has been involved in competitive bodybuilding  for 20 years as a competitor, coach, judge and organizer of events, winning various international and world titles in different federations. He has over 20 years of experience in fitness industry us a bodybuilding and personal trainer in his California Gym in Koper.
Duško has appeared in numerous publications worldwide and TV programs on Slovenian national television, Serbian, Montenegro's, Argentine and Croatian televisions. Being athlete him selves, he knows what it takes to compete and will host events that put the competitors first.

COMPETITION BY COMPETITORS – FOR COMPETITORS
Many sacrifices are involved in preparing for shows and they will make sure you leave any IBFF event feeling it was all worth it.

Duties:
• To promote and develop the sport of bodybuilding and  fitness for male and female athletes trough competitions;
• To promote and advocate fair play, ethics and integrity amongst all competitors, athletes, models, trainers, organizers, promoters, sponsors and managers involved in our sport.
• To cooperate with the national and international federations, gyms, fitness – bodybuilding – sports organizations and to coordinate their activities;
• To combat the use of drugs in sports;
• To maintain the authority, control, and coordination of the sport of bodybuilding amongst its members;
• To promote and encourage bodybuilding, fitness and figure IBFF competitions and events
• To promote closer links between its members and all other sports federations;
• To coordinate and protect common interests;
• To establish the technical rules for the smooth functioning of competitions in accordance with the Constitution and Judges Guide Book.
