Athletes should remember that it is necessary to prepare the skin first (clean it, moisturize, regulate pH, exfoliate), so all manufacturers recommend to begin application of these products two to three days prior to your event to make sure you achieve the amazing color.

Many producers offer skin coloring products providing long lasting tan, especially self-tanning kits like Jan Tana „Ultra 1” or „Pro Tan Figure and Fitness Kit” or “Dream Tan Professional Self Tanning Spray”. These formulas allows you to achieve a deep dark, long lasting tan, with no streak. And you can also use the SunFX SunStation Tanning Tower to get a better background. Just before entering the stage you will have to apply the glazer only.
During the last few years bodybuilders have been trying to get darker and darker skin color for the contests. Is it really necessary? In the attached pictures we would like to show you that too dark skin is not the best possible way to show your muscle separation, definition and details.
